Address Doctor return Address by entering Zip Code

Is it possible that AddressDoctor returns the valid address in Singapore by just entering a Zip Code?

For example, if I enter 389081, the validation result includes 57 Lorong 40 Geylang.

Trying to Validate Number using Global Phone Validation 2.0

Hello,

I was trying to validate a number by following the documentation here, https://docs.informatica.com/data-as-a-service/global-phone-validation/2-0.html

This being said, I already got the token after requesting OAuth endpoint. In case you are wondering, this is the request I used,

POST https://oauth2.strikeiron.com/oauth2/v1/token

Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded

grant_type=client_credentials

client_id=xxxx@xxxx.com

client_secret= xxxx

And got a response of,

I used the access token as a Bearer Token for Authorization header and host

for both POST and GET methods.

With POST method, I had the body as a form-data, application/x-www-form-urlencoded, and even application/json with PhoneNumber as key and my cellphone number as the value. With GET method, I had the PhoneNumber as the query string and my cellphone number as the value.

All query has the same output,

Monthly usage reports

I am trying to find monthly usage reports for a customer of ours. I have the July 2019 report, but need Jan - June 2019. Can I download them myself or does someone from StrikeIron Support need to pull them for me?

Missing Latitude/Longitude Values

Currently using your US Address Verification v5.0.0 service. We have noticed that over the last couple of years some addresses being returned with a Status Number of 200 are missing the Latitude and Longitude values. We are wondering why that would be. Below are some examples of addresses that we have sent over the last year that came back missing these values.

StrikeIron and Salesforce Validation of Address

We are using StrikeIron for Salesforce to validate customer addresses. One address recently had a street name change and now the address will not validate. We know that the address is correct. How can we get the validation to work correctly? The new address is:

4010 E Amendola Dr

Fresno, CA 93725

The street name used to be E Hardy Ave but this has changed.

StrikeIron Net Protect field Web Service Response

I created a field to capture the Net Protect value in Marketo a while ago, but it's not being populated by the StrikeIron response. I think my syntax could be incorrect.

Here are the variations I've tried:

WebServiceResponse.VerifyEmailResponse.VerifyEmailResult.ServiceResult.Net Protect

WebServiceResponse.VerifyEmailResponse.VerifyEmailResult.ServiceResult.NetProtect

WebServiceResponse.VerifyEmailResponse.VerifyEmailResult.ServiceResult.Net.Protect

Is there a different syntax I should be using to receive this response? All of the other fields are receiving a response just fine. and the field is a String field.

Sales Tax Calculation on Shipping

So, for the longest time we were passing the generic tax code of 03000000 with order so that StrikeIron could tell us if there should be tax collected on shipping. Then, last month we found an order where tax was being collected on shipping in a state where it should not be. After researching it, I found that the state does not charge tax on shipping unless some portion of that is handling. Since the generic description is Shipping and Handling, I assume that StrikeIron was calculating tax thinking that it included handling. Since we do not charge handling, we instead changed the tax category to 03100000 which specifies shipping only. This resolved the problem with that one state so we thought all would be good.

This week we had an order from Florida where shipping should be taxed and StrikeIron returns no tax using the tax category 03100000. However, if I test it using the 03000000 generic shipping and handling tax category, it does return the tax based on the shipping amount.

I am confused. What is the proper way to pass the tax category so that shipping will be calculated correctly based on state?

Error calculating sales tax

A number of zip codes are returning an error that sales tax could not be calculated. It doesn't happen to every order we process, and some of the zip codes to go through. Any sugestions on how to fix this error?
