Client added additional jobs in IICS now they are getting this error when pulling condense data from PWX server

Our client added additional jobs within IICS to pull data from condense files on our PWX server and now they are running into the error below.  Previously they had not been getting and error, so it seems the error is directly related to additional IICS jobs running concurrently.  I tried increasing the SOMAXCONN and PWXSOMAXCONN value to 1024 but that did not seem to help the issue.  I also tried adjusting the MAXTASKS (30,50,80,120) thinking that may have some effect as well as increasing and decreasing the POLLTIME (500,1000,2000,4000) after I had increased the SOMAXCONN and PWXSOMAXCONN value to 1024.

I do not know if there is some timeout setting or other settings within IICS they need to change or if this is a PWX issue.
