Ah I figured it out. It's because I had both the PIM_10.1.0.02.00_Rev-74303_server_win64.full.zip, and the PIM_10.1.0.02.02_Rev-75073_server_win64.delta.zip and was trying to install both at the same time. Apparently that doesn't work and they have to be done in sequence
Actually, I spoke too soon. The error message is specific to the EBF server delta package. Looks like I'll have open a ticket.
I have the same with PIM_10.1.0.02.03_Rev-75360_server_win64.delta.zip. Did you resolved this issue?
Hi Slava, no resolution yet. I have an open support case. I'll post the cause/fix here when we figure out what it is.

I have found a solution – you simply need to extract and re-compress the EBF zip.
- Extract the contents of PIM_10.1.0.##.##_Rev-#####_server_win64.delta.zip to some location
- Create a new zip folder named PIM_10.1.0.##.##_Rev-#####_server_win64.delta.zip
- Move the unzipped contents into the new zip folder.
- Use the newly created EBF delta zip in Control Center to install the update.
I assume that there was some kind of glitch during the initial compression of the package that's in TSFTP.
