Given the name it looks like a personal folder to me.

Most likely the problem is in this case that you are not connected to both repositories at the same time. This would be necessary for this import control file to work (because it names one folder in the source repository and one folder in the target repository).
As most customer environments nowadays are set up to separate networks, it's quite uncommon that pmrep can connect to both (the source and the target) repositories at the same time. So this feature can't work this way.
What you have to do is to patch the import control file. Replace the name of the source repository with the target repository and the names of all source folders (in case you have more than one folder in the export file) with the names of the respective folders in the target repository.
Everything else will fail.
