Basically the same settings as with a normal SQL Server.
You're right. I gave it a shot and it seemed to work just fine.
Some notes for others who may be viewing this thread, these are the things I wasn't certain of since I did not have any access to the AWS management side of the RDS and had to rely on customer's IT.
This is simply the RDS endpoint
db.default.dir and db.default.dir.data
I connected SSMS to the RDS in order to look at system database properties and determine the default drive letter and path for the system databases.
The rest of the properties settings I filled in as usual.
