Did you upgrade recently to 10.1 ? Did you execute the migration job?

we are on 10.1 since our project start, not upgraded PIM application in recently.
What exactly do you mean with recent changes?
Like, the history is empty again when you restart the application server?
If so please provide the settings around audit trail of your server.properties file.
Please note there is an audit trail mode called "CLEAN_SLATE" which is specifically
there for deleting all audit trail indexes with every server restart.
CLEAN_SLATE should only be used for automated test scenarios in which every
test execution should have a fresh audit trail index.
Please see also the Configuration Manual which explains the modes.
I recommend to open a GCS ticket so the colleagues there can have a look at your configuration
Yes, we have CLEAN_STATE configured in server.properties. It solved our audit trail issue.
We still have issue with history tab.
You should not have CLEAN_SLATE configured on a production system. As I wrote, this will, intentionally, delete all audit trail history with every server start.
You should have PRODUCTION as audit trail mode!
