Yes ......Else you can kill the session by seeing ps -ef|grep pmdtm process and kill that session alone.

As mentioned above, you can find the process id (ps -ef ) for that session and kill it.

"Maximum Processes" is the maximum number of running session tasks or command tasks allowed for each PowerCenter Integration Service process running on the node. It should not go to hanging state. What do you see in the Domain log, Integration Service log and Repository Service log?
Yes, you can just kill them. They will not be able to complete properly anyway because they will have lost connection to the node when the domain went down, and will not be able to signal completion. There's not much you can do but kill them and move on.
