If you are interested in any particular REST provider (e.g. Linkedin, Facebook, etc.), some of our PowerExchange connectors might be able to support Oauth. You need to check with the "Powerexchange Adapters" community.
REST API is directly not supported with PowerCenter. As a alternate to the suggestions provided by Paolo, you may also choose a Java transformation which might suffice.
However, you can make use of the DQ services, which supports REST API that might meet your requirement.
