Can you please check the following:
Field mapping or .csv header have changed - please verity that the .csv header and the mapping metadata match.
Alternatively, this could be an authentication issue.
Verify the credentials and authentication method from the machine running the agent using a tool outside of IICS.
Also please make sure that the account has sufficient permissions to perform the action.
The error seems to point to a metadata mismatch between that which is present in Anaplan and the one used by IICS.
Please try a metadata refresh in the Anaplan source and see if the issue gets resolved.
