If there are actually no instances running and you are still seeing this issue then it is recommended to contact informatica global customer support. They should be able to clear the job run from backend,
Hi Rakshitha, thank you for your reply. I reached out to global customer support and I'm waiting to hear back from them. Just to give you an update on what I've done at the moment is I had created a new Linear task flow and I added my integration jobs to this new task flow and that's running without any issues. Once I know more about what's the root cause of this issue OR if the support team does something on their backend, I will post it.
Are you able to resolve this issue . There is no active jobs running , but I still get the warning error.
You will have to reachout to Informatica Technical support team with ORG ID and Taskflow list to get this cleared.

Informatica has provided an API to stop the jobs that is not appearing in active run . But they still haven't provided the root cause for this issue . We don't have an option to running these jobs in UI.
