There was an issue reported in Cloud Data Integration Runtime Environment, Schedules, and the issue should not longer be seen now.
Please try to clear the browser cache and cookies or try to login using incognito window of your browser if the issue still persists.

This is a known issue from yesterday, where users were getting below error while accessing the Runtime Environment, Schedules, Tasks and connections. This is design time only.
