Login into the DQC self-managed portal https://dqc.addressdoctor.com/ using the Okta user and go to the Address doctor Data quality center.
In the Account information, you will see "Receive email notifications" in the contact details and Enable the Receive email notifications.
An email notification will be sent to Contact in the following situations -
- When your transactions are below 10% of the total purchased.
- When your transactions are below 5% of the total purchased.
- When your transactions are about to expire and have already expired.
- If your unlock codes are about to expire and have already expired.
