    AddressDoctor Reseller - Customer Email Notifications

      I am a reseller that manages all our customer accounts.  It is absolute a necessity for us and our customers to receive Customer Email Notifications when the transactions are expired, exhausted or close to expired or exhausted.  I need some guidance on where I can access this information to subscribe to EMAIL ALERTS as a Reseller and how our customer can subscribe to EMAIL ALERTS.  I have reached out to our reseller manager but have not received any feedback.  Our customers are extremely concerned on how to manage their transaction count and expiration date.  Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks!
