we inadvertently disabled mailbox / email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
we use that to have Informatica send us notifiers when tasks are complete
We are not getting emails from Informatica since we re-enabled the mailbox
We believe what happened is that while disabled, the Informatica email server put it on the "drop list"
How can I get the email address removed from the "drop" list so we can get notifiers from Informatica tasks sent to that mailbox?
Pls raise a Case and support team can do the needful.
