Could you please confirm if you see process server service running on your Agent? Refer below screen-shot.
The process server component of the Informatica Secure Agent contains a built-in PostgreSQL database. If the process server service is not available for your Agent then you will not see any directories or files related to process server component. One will have to upgrade the PostgreSQl database only if they have process server service running for their agent and the installed version of databse is 9.x.
If the process server component is available for your agent, then please let us know if all the script files are missing under the directory "<Secure Agent installation directory>\apps\process-engine\data\db\util" or only few. Thanks.
Sure Julie, please restart the Process server service from the Agent Service Start or Stop section.
- Open the Administrator service and selectRuntime Environments.
On theRuntime Environments page, click the name of the Secure Agent.
Click theDetails tab.
In theAgent Service Start or Stop area, select the service as Process Server.
ClickStart to restart the Process Server service. After the service starts, the status changes to Up and Running.
Once the process Server service is up and running; check for the script files. Let us know if you still see the issue.
Yes! This worked! I think the issue was that there were two process servers running with conflicting versions. Once I got that all figured out and reset, I found the correct folder with files in it that I needed. Thank you again for your help!
