    Internal error. The DTM process terminated unexpectedly. Contact Informatica Global Customer Support.

      We started to get the error "Internal error. The DTM process terminated unexpectedly. Contact Informatica Global Customer Support." when running a Syncrhonization Task that uses a "Microsoft Excel(Informatica Cloud)" connection for the source. Looking through the tomcat error log, it appears that it's trying to execute a program "pmdtm" from an incorrect path. The tomcat log has:

       

      /data/infaagent/apps/Data_Integration_Server/59.0.1.1/ICS/main/bin/rdtm/pmdtm -RDTM -c /data/infaagent/apps/Data_Integration_Server/59.0.1.1/ICS/main/bin/rdtm/pmrdtm.cfg -port 14293 -x /data/infaagent/apps/Data_Integration_Server/data/metadata/s_dss_012BHE0I00000000001D.xml -s :wf_dss_012BHE0I00000000001D.s_dss_012BHE0I00000000001D -p /data/infaagent/apps/Data_Integration_Server/data/parameters/s_dss_012BHE0I00000000001D.param -lfn s_dss_7lfakRl1y8jlcfDMlyj5UJ_0.log -il s_dss_7lfakRl1y8jlcfDMlyj5UJ_0_import.log

       

      /data/infaagent/apps/Data_Integration_Server/59.0.1.1/ does not exist on our server.  /data/infaagent/apps/Data_Integration_Server/59.0.7.1 DOES. I do not know how to where the 59.0.1.1 is coming from nor how to get it to use 59.0.7.1

       

      There error only seems to impact jobs using the Microsoft Excel connection (we just have the one job). Other synchronization tasks that use a flatfile or salesforce connection work fine.

       

      I tried search and have read the first number of results that come up on the error message, but aside from pointing me to the tomcat log, they haven't been able to resolve the issue for me - none seem to match our situation with the path being incorrect.
