We are working with MiX on implementing changes within their Informatica Guide processes, we are however having issues with a specific process design whereby we need to reference a field on the Account Object from the Case – Opportunity – Account but the Account ID just loads and we are unable to access the fields on the Account.
Please could you assist and guide us here – is this possible within the new environment.
Can you try one of the following:
1. log out and log in again and try the same steps
2. log out and log in again using an Incognito or Private browser window and ty the same steps
3. use a different browser.
