    C360 Configuration Issue

      Hello Team,

       

      I am getting the below error while trying to populate the C360 reports :

       

      **Generating Closed Tasks By User Report**

      Error occured: Configuration ID not found

       

      What could be the issue?

            Hi Raja,

             

            Looking at the log, it is complaining about table does not exist.

            com.siperian.datamart.exception.DataMartException: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

            at com.siperian.datamart.service.TasksByStatusMetricService.generateReportData(TasksByStatusMetricService.java:198)

             

            If this is happening only for task related chart, then connection is not correctly defined in mart-population-config.xml. In the attached mart-population-config.xml, there are 2 connection defined, one for ORS and other for activevos.

             

            These connections are used in report parameter. For example, in task by status report, the queryConnectionName would be activevos as data will be coming from activevos achema. The martconnectionName would be ors where c_repos_rpt_config and c_repos_rpt_details table are available.

            <reportParameter name="task_by_status">

                        <reportConfigId>1</reportConfigId>

                        <queryConnectionName>avos</queryConnectionName>

                        <martConnectionName>tcr_hub</martConnectionName>

                    </reportParameter>

            </reportParameters>

            Similarly, In case of customer_onboarding charts mart and query will be same connection.

                        <queryConnectionName>tcr_hub</queryConnectionName>

                        <martConnectionName>tcr_hub</martConnectionName>

                    </reportParameter>

              THank you Brajesh, I was able to resolve the situation by populating the charts from the previous version of TCR folder (C360 10.4) . But I am running into the following issues now -

               

               

               

              lookup_localization.bat

              Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/log4j/Logger

                      at com.informatica.solutions.lookup.localisation.LookupLocalisationMain.<clinit>(LookupLocalisationMain.java:12)

              Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.log4j.Logger

                      at java.net.URLClassLoader.findClass(Unknown Source)

                      at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(Unknown Source)

                      at sun.misc.Launcher$AppClassLoader.loadClass(Unknown Source)

                log4j jar may be missing under datamart lib directory.

                Could you check once as per below
