Have you executed the call from the agent box to see if it's still 2 seconds ?

-- Yes I tried with the agent box also it's still more than 20 seconds.

Also , is 20 seconds the end to end time or just the response from service connector .

--Yes  it is just from the service connector. The end-end process is taking 2 minutes.

Are there any transformations happening ?

--No The output field is configured as entire response.

FYI, the response is still taking time even if I don't give any output variable.
