      Greetings,

I`m trying to process the following data:

      Ä/ä, Ö/ö, Ü/ü

Information is in a flat file in a single column. When I view the data from developer I can see the values.

When I load the data to a different flat file I get correct values.

If I try to load same data into Oracle table in column FIELD1 varchar2(100) I got unprintable characters.

I check following properties on Oracle side:

      select * from V$NLS_PARAMETERS

      where PARAMETER in ('NLS_LANGUAGE','NLS_TERRITORY','NLS_CHARACTERSET')

      NLS_LANGUAGE    ENGLISH

      NLS_TERRITORY    UNITED KINGDOM

      NLS_CHARACTERSET    AL32UTF8

Oracle connection is configured with Code Page property = UTF-8

On Unix side I got this configured:

      export NLS_LANG="ENGLISH_UNITED KINGDOM.AL32UTF8"

DIS and MRS are configured to use utf8 also.

Could you please suggest what I`m missing in order to load the data correctly in oracle?

      Regards.
