I've policy for protected SYSASM and SYSDBA privilege on oracle environment.

I got the pre-requisite of informatica express cdc require the SYSASM and SYSDBA in this link :

How to install and configuration powerexchange cdc on oracle rac on asm environment without grant SYSASM and SYSDBA privilege ?

If it possible for grant less privilege to set it up ?

You can't.

Oracle requires either SYSASM or SYSBA to issue the calls that PWX CDC uses.
