    Walkthrough stops after first advice in Informatica Cloud

      Hi all,

       

      I'm new to the Informatica Data Quality Cloud solution and executed my first mappings so far.

      Unfortunately, when trying to run the walkthroughs, the advices stop being displayed after clicking on the corresponding service, such as "Data Quality".

       

      I've already tried to log out and log in again and to start the same walkthrough a second time. Sometimes one further advice of the walkthrough, which tells me to install the secure agent, appears after one of those actions. So, it seems like the process is stuck, but I don't know how to fix it. The employee who provided me with the tool (trial version) referred me to this platform.

       

      I'm happy for every hint or advice!
