The knowledge base of Informatica has malfunctioned for a period of time for the users in mainland China.
No matter what we submitted in the search bar, no result would be returned. It's not particular case, it's common for the users in China.
We are not clear what have happened on the backend system, the CDN, the firewalls standing on the Internet links, or any 3rd party systems which the KB depends on. The fact is, the KB is out of service now.
