You have set the property in Common Integration Service .Please set the property on data integration service that your using to run the Job and use the property set

Please verify if the property is honoring on your secure agent ,you can check on the tomcat.out logs to see if this property as been enabled after your obs runs.Also try restarting the complete secure agnet if the property is not seen.
This log is available in the location Informatica Cloud Secure Agent\apps\Data_Integration_Server\<latest app spec> of the agent directory
