Arun, you're referring to Dependent lookup. it is possible in MDM.
If using Subject areas, it needs to be configured in BDDConfig.xml
If using BE, use Provisioning tool to configure it.
Thank you Sathiesh. I need the list of values in the drop down (not text box). How can drop down be created using provisioning tool? Any pointers?
When you create a Reference Entity(RE) from Provisioning Tool(PT) and then use the column configured under RE under a Business Entity(BE) -> Lookup Section, it would be available as a drop down in E360 UI.
So for your use case you can add the BO table having these values as RE and then setup Dependent Lookup using the above info shared and then use these columns under BE-> Lookup Section.
In my case my IDD view is fed through a package like below.
BO Master > Pkg > BDDConfig.xml > IDD
I need to create six new fields in IDD that has drop down list of values. The requirement is dynamic, like if i select one value from a drop down of one field, 5 other fields should reflect corresponding related values.
How can i use RE and BE in this case?

In BE and RE, you can select value for one Field (say lvl0) and then based on the selected value the other configured dependent values could be populated.
But in your case, the requirement is to populate the remaining 4 values in case any of the available columns from the 5 fields are selected. I doubt this could be achieved by available configuration under E360/IDD, I believe you might have to create some sort of customization (ex - a cleanse function/IDD user exit) to achieve this.
