Informatica does not track user's IP address / VDI name. Also, no APIs are exposed for tracking username / login time etc.
I wonder if it will be feasible for you but you can try parsing the logs to get info regarding which user triggered the log.
A little bit of detail regarding user logins:
Whenever a user logs in successfully or enters the wrong password, the authentication request is logged in the domain log.
Login attempts with non-existent user IDs are not logged at all, as far as I know.
If your requirement is to know which user has logged into Admin console and if he has made any changes in the services like Disabling or enabling a service etc then you can refer to the user activity log. These logs will have limited information. Geeting the IP of the machine from where the user has logged in will not be available in these logs. You can check these once.
