First the LD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variable (assuming Linux or Solaris, on AIX it's named LIBPATH) needs to include the .../server/bin subdirectory of the Informatica installation.
Second it may be that you have to create a link named libclntsh.so.11.1; please search the forum PowerCenter for more details, there have been quite a few postings about this topic in the past years.

In addition to what Nico has suggested, please check below points,
--Make sure below environmental variables are set.
PATH should have ORACLE_HOME/bin
LD_LIBRARY_PATH should have ORACLE_HOME/lib
TNS_ADMIN should point to the directory where tnsnames,ora file present.
--Make sure you are able to connect to the same DB outside the Informatica using sqlplus.
