The IDQ Client Installer is not a part of the IDQ Server Installation File. You will have to request it separately from the Informatica Shipping team.
You can login to Support Portal and raise a Shipping Case with the Shipping Team. They will be providing you with the download links for the Client Installers.
May I ask what is average turn over time of a shipping request? i.e. how fast a request will be fulfilled?
The response time completely depends on the priority, project entitlement type and the timezone.
In general, the shipping should be providing with the links within 12 hours of the business hour.
You will need to specifically request for the Informatica client installer links matching to that of the Informatica server.
You can also look for the client installers under the "HotFix downloads" section in the Informatica Network at the below link.
You can download the client if the specific version installers are available on the portal; else raise a shipping request. The latest hotfix version installers are generally available on the portal.
I believe the shipping team should have already provided the installer download links. Can you check the mail where the server download links were provided earlier which should contain the client download links as well.
