Current PWX 10.4.x products: PWX 10.4.0, PWX 10.4.0 HF1, and PWX 10.4.1.
You can download documentation for each of those from the documentation link at the top of any page on network.informatica.com.
I would suggest getting the entire documentation set for whichever code level you adecide to use.
Personally, I would recommend PWX 10.4.1, as it is the code level where any new fixes or enhancements would be created.
On of the manuals in the doc-set is the PWX Installation and Upgrade Planning Guide.
There is a chapter in that for install on each platform, including one for install on IBMi.
There is a step by step process for what to do.
Please don't skip any of the steps.
Please note that because you are upgrading from PWX 10.0.0 to PWX 10.4.something, you will need to use the full-install plan.
If you encounter problems during the install, please raise a case with PowerExchange Support.
If you want someone from Informatica to assist in the install, please talk with your Informatica Sales or Account manager about engaging Professional Services. Remote install is not something that PWX Support handles.

Can we run multiple Listeners on PWX 10.4.1 in same system for different environments?
Yes, You can run multiple Listeners in same environment, you need to make sure you set correct libraries in EDTLIBL before starting the listener and make sure the listener port is different.
So, we need to install same version in multiple times( install in different multiple libraries )?

I don't think that you need 2 parallel installations, just parallel run-time instances
You would need separate DTLLIB, separate ports for your PWX Listeners.
As Bibek suggested you earlier to add the specific datalib to the EDTLIBL before starting the Listener, If this is not a feasible option then you can use CURLIB in the SBMJOB so that Listener will use that datalib while starting, Below is the sample example on how to use,
SBMJOB CMD(CALL PGM(PX1020DTL/DTLLST) PARM(NODE1)) JOB(PX1020LST)
JOBD(PX1020DAT/DTLLIST) PRTDEV(*JOBD) OUTQ(*JOBD)
