Please share Integration service log for the same time of issue. Also check whether any core file has been generated in $INFA_HOME/server/bin directory for the same time. If yes, collect the traces on tha file and share it.

Please check for core files created under INFA_HOME/server/bin directory.
Incase you are not able to see any core files, check ulimit -c and this has to be set to unlimited for the core file to be created.
After setting the ulimit -c to unlimited, you have to restart Informatica services and re-run the session to create the core file.
once the core file is created, collect pmstack on the core file following kb 13652
I would suggest you open a case with Informatica GCS to understand the cause of the issue.
Collect and share the details as listed in 344696 for the event: "Session" based on the OS used.
