On Premises Address Verification API using Java & Docker

Our team is trying to build an Address Verification API using the Address Doctor Java package (AddressDoctor5.jar) version 5.16.0 and containerizing, building, and deploying via Docker. Currently we are having some issues actually running and calling the API through the Docker image, related to trouble finding or referencing the AddressDoctor .jar or some other required source code for our project.

Does anyone have any experience or examples with deploying and running via Docker that might be able to give us some guidance or help us understand the best way to design this solution, copy all required files to the Docker container, make sure the references and file structure is still valid, etc?
