I had my Secure Agent working for about two weeks, it’s now failing to start. I searched the Knowledge Base and attempted two fixes that required replacing the Startup batch file and modifying the regedit entry for the directory path. I followed instructions for both but it did not resolve.
I then uninstalled and reinstalled the Secure Agent, but still getting the same issue.
Error is as follows:
windows could not start the INformatica Cloud Secure Agent services on Local Computer.
Error 193: 0xc1
This is an urgent request, I have a critical demonstration tomorrow.
