Your username account is currently not assigned to any company account. Please find out your company account ID, you can ask the primary contact of your company account to assign you.

You can take up the access issue with Informatica support via a support case and get this rectified.
The specified username 'email@example.com' is registered but is not yet assigned to any AD account. This user has access to Address doctor Download manager, success portal and few other applications but the access to download the address doctor database reference files is not present and hence you are not able to view any download links.
Please request your organizational AD primary contact to add your ID to the AD account and grant the download access for AD reference files.
