    Mass Ingestion service stuck in "Starting Up" state

      Hi all,

       

      Since we installed a new secure agent in the cloud, we have yet to see the mass ingestion service successfully start up.

      For whatever reason, the cloud secure agent has many versions of mass ingestion on it. For comparison, our current on-prem secure agent only has one version on it, 8.3.1.

       

      Can these multiple versions be causing the start up of the service to hang?

      And if so, is the solution to remove all the versions except "8.6.3" and then restart the secure agent?
