If you change the trust settings of any trust enabled column in a BO, then you need to run the Synchronize batch job followed by a recalculateBO.

Thanks for responding Anuvinda,
When you said synchronization JOB, You mean Revalidate job under base object in the batch viewer? or is it something else that you are referring to? Please let me know.
Syncronize job is a different job which will be present in the batch viewer of HUB console. Once you run that job run Recalculate BO
But I don't see any Synchronization tab available in batch viewer.
I have changed the trust scores for one of the source systems but even after that, the synchronization job hasn't appeared in the batch viewer?
under what circumstances it will appear in the batch viewer?
That column was already a trusted column I just changed the trust score for that for one source. Does this situation make synchronization Job appears in the batch viewer? If not, what are the options and what are the steps needs to be done to apply that change to all records and make them align according to the new trust settings.
Please note that the sync job is enabled when you modify the trust and validation columns only, please refer to the MDM config guide for confirmation - " Alternatively, you can bypass the need to run a Synchronize job if you enable all trust and validation columns before you save the base object."
Also, KB# 525128 accurately explains the behavior of recalculate and revalidate jobs.
For enabling trust on a column where trust wan't enabled before, synchonization job is an option. When you are changing the existing trusted column trust score then you can do two things
1. Run revalidate job if validation are in place, it has an option of running BVT as well same time
2. If no validation then run the BVT job.
Please run revalidate, synchronize and recalculateBO jobs.
