Have you check the DIS log for any errors? - INFA_HOME/logs/Node_Name/services/DataIntegrationService/disLogs/dis_DISName_NodeName.log
Was it working in the past?

If you are still facing the error , you can open a case with the Support team ,along with following details attached :

2)Domain log :
Go to Admin Console ->Logs tab ->Domain ->Actions ->save logs ->text->ok (provide us the text file)
