From the above desc this looks like the usecase to delete the glossary assocation to an technical term.
You can use the bulk import/export feature for the same.
Ex: If an oracle object(say table) is associated to a Glossary term. You can export the resource.
Find the object for the corresponding oracle table and remove the entries in the csv file for
Title (Informatica Axon) Title (Informatica Business Glossary)
Now import the file back.
This step would be helpful if the glossary association has to be removed in bulk.
Let me know if this helps,
Thank You. That's what I figured out.
Thank you for the details. Could you please also elaborate on how can we do it manually in the GUI? I have a system assigned business term against a table, which I would like to remove and I do not see the option to remove business term. Similarly I have some columns where a business term has been assigned. I want to remove even if the name of the column/table satisfies the criteria. Is there a way to do it manually rather than exporting and importing the changed file.
Thanks in advance for your help on this query.

from the EDC ui - you need to click the pencil icon next to the business term - it will only show when the mouse is close by
e.g. the normal display is:
and when hovering
click on the pencil icon and you can remove the term association or link to a different one, or enter a display name.
Anubhav, if you are using automated business term association through settings in your Resource Configuration in EDC Catalog Admin console, you may want to know that there is a grid in the EDC User Guide which explains the order of operations to Accept, Reject, or Delete an auto-assigned business term.
See this section of the EDC User Guide:
