I have checked the Video and it talks more about Guides. I am looking for IICS – AI Process from SAP to Salesforce.
High level : IICS Application Integration Capability – SAP ECC module to Salesforce via API
Detail: We have a requirement where we want to use IICS-AI to integrate between Salesforce and SAP and also SAP to Salesforce. The Integration needs to happen Bi-Directional. To push from Salesforce we believe we can use Salesforce Outbound Messaging(OBM), but to push from SAP we need to know the tool capability. How can this be done on real time basis using IICS-App Integration Processes.
SAP Module Details(On-Prem):
EHP4 FOR SAP CRM 7.0 - SAP NETWEAVER 7.5
Component Release SP Level
SAP_BASIS 750 0013
Bi-directional message flow needs to happen on real time:
1. Salesforce -- >> IICS-ICAI - >> SAP
2. SAP - >> IICS-ICAI ->> Salesforce
For Example : In Salesforce, when we add a new account, using Salesforce Outbound message a workflow could be triggered and it could trigger IICS App Integration Process automatically and insert data into SAP modules. In the same way if any account or Purchase order tables change happens at SAP, how would this trigger IICS App Integration process and put the data into Salesforce
Also would like to know the kind of authentication that has to happen from Salesforce side to invoke the IICS AI Process and then put it to SAP. And also on the similar fashion what needs to be enabled/Authenticated from SAP side to trigger the IICS-AI Process on real time basis whenever any change happens in underlying tables of SAP.

The Process should be very similar to the video about Guides. With Guides, you are able to provide interaction through screen step whereas Process is more automated. Unfortunately, I do not have the exact scenario available on the community. In future, we will look at publishing this on community.
There are many samples on community on Salesforce OBM triggering a CAI process. In case the insert needs to be done on SAP, you can use SAP native connector or Service connector (for API route) as a service step and invoking the right operation(s).
If you face issues, please reach out on community.
Reg. auth, be it Salesforce or SAP, you will need to use the right credentials from either system. Salesforce OBM trigger is through Salesforce SSO on CAI. For SAP, you will need to pass in creds to login to SAP and perform a write.
