Please refer the KB article #505400 and 524995 for the solution.
Your workflow might be still under processing , if the hub_state_ind=0 for that particular record and workflow status is still running we will face such issue.
Your MDM/ActiveVOS integration is having problem as task must be visible to all users under role.
Can you check cmxserver.log file once and make sure you are not seeing any error?
You will see this behavior, if you have a pending change on the record and a task has been initiated on the record. In such scenarios, the data can only be updated when opening the record in taskview and the task is promoted. If you try to search and edit such a record, you should see the error that you are experiencing.
The hubstate ind is '1' for that record and its not in any manager/snr managers inbox for approval
Thanks for your response. We can't see that record in the task view in any of the user's (HUB users) start page(IDD) or in Task manager page(Available tasks). So wondering where all these records are gone.
One possible explanation can be that a child record is in pending state, can you check that.
Also, is it possible that you did a task clean up which removed these tasks, i.e remove processes from ActiveVOS cosole?
See the task in activevos central. If you can see, then see which user you have used to intergrate activevos in hub. Assign the proper roles in application server for that user. Also check the user is assgined to a role and has proper rights given to that role on that task.
