Please confirm if you have PowerCenter domain or binaries on the another server where you would like to run DVOCmd.

Yes we are planning to just copy the binaries to the third server. And We are planning not to just run the DVOCmd to initiated jobs from third server but to run the DVO jobs on the on the same server.

DVOCmd doen'st require a separate license file , however it will get the license details from the DVO Repository on which you are running the Test Cases .
You can copy the DVOCmd command line utility to the another server and extract the files . After extracting the following environment variables has to be set :
- INFA_DOMAINS_FILE to domains.infa file pointing to the PC domain.
- DVO_PC_VERSION to the correct PowerCenter version associated with DVO.
