    Metadata load failed due to

      I am using the OOTB scanner in EDC 10.2.2 for an Oracle resource.  The Metadata Load process fails.  The log mentions a parsing error.

      com.infa.products.ldm.framework.scanners.clustermgmt.parser.ScannerDeployerParserException: org.jdom2.input.JDOMParseException: Error on line 2: The processing instruction target matching "[xX][mM][lL]" is not allowed.

       

      What could be causing this error?
