Can you ping the server or open the Admin Console from your local machine?
Yes I am able to open the Admin Console from my Local Machine
pinging is also working
That you are able to ping the server means that the network route is technically intact.
But what about a firewall issue? Has the domain port (default: 6005) been opened in the firewall on the server for incoming TCP/IP connections?
And on the other side, did you allow connections to that remote server / port in the firewall on your local Windows machine (the one running the client tools)?
You will need to ensure that the node port and the port on which the MRS is running (usually the minimum and maximum port range) are open from firewall and the client is able to access.
You may run the telnet command to confirm the same.
telnet hostname port //the connection should succeed
If the connection fails, work with the network admin team to have the ports unblocked form firewall.
