Currently, only Oracle and SQL server are supported.
We have seen this kind of issue when we use Azure Dataware house details in the SQL server connector. which is not supported
If you are using Oracle or SQL server and still facing the issue then use the same credentials that you are using in the Informatica connection in a DB Client and confirm if you are able to see and execute these Stored procedures from the client

Also, tried using the DB client with the same credentials I'm using in informatica which makes the whole thing strange. I was successful when using the DB client (can view and exec SP).
