    Internal error. The DTM process terminated unexpectedly. Contact Informatica Global Customer Support.

      When I run a particular mapping task in IICS, the task fails and I get the following message:

       

      "Internal error. The DTM process terminated unexpectedly. Contact Informatica Global Customer Support."

       

      The mapping has multiple sources that all use a Zendesk connection, and a single target that uses a Flat File connection.

       

      My secure agent is running on Ubuntu 16.04.5.
