Srini, with all due respect: could it be that you're talking about ICS / IICS here? ODBC connections to Oracle should NEVER be used with PowerCenter. Without any exception. ODBC must only be used when importing data sources into the PowerCenter Designer, not when connecting a PowerCenter installation to an Oracle database.
as long as Flexcube is based on some Oracle database, the answer is:
Technically yes (because PowerCenter can read data from Oracle databases). The question is just in what format data are stored and how complex it will be to "decode" this format.
