if you the license it must be here:

if this folder does not exists, then it means you do not have the license. raise a shipping request for the same or contact chat support.
Login to Network Site and Navigate to Communities --> Cloud Integration --> Cloud data integration -->Cloud Support home (at the top)--> scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on chat option at the bottom
