What's the OS platform?
How much RAM does the machine have?
What's the domain repository DBMS and version?
Did you check that the domain is running at all?
How long did you wait for the Administrator tool to start up?
Did you try to "infacmd.sh isp EnableService ... -sn _Administrator" from a shell prompt / CMD.EXe window?
A bit more information than your question alone would be helpful.
Thanks Nico. I managed to solve the issue. It was the firewall that was blocking my local machine connection to PC server.
