    Pre-requisite for On-demand Customer Cloud 360 course

      I have signed up for On-demand Customer Cloud 360 course, also signed up for mysupport. I am unable to see option to create a support case.

       

      "Submit a new support case via Informatica MySupport. If you do not have access, you will need

      someone with access to enter the case for you or contact at cloudacademy@informatica.com."

       

      I have sent email to Cloudacademy@informatica.com but I havent heard back from anyone.
