Informatica Service Process went down in our Production recently and it throws with error message code SPC_10008
Service process [INFA_INT_GLOBAL_PRD] generated the following output error: [ERROR: Unexpected condition at file:[..\lm\workflowref.cpp] line:. Application terminating. Contact Informatica Technical Support for assistance.]. Check the service logs also for more information.
Can any specify what needs to be done and how can we prevent these thing in future
First of all, I would suggest to move this thread to PowerCenter / Informatica Platform.
Could you confirm the Informatica version in use? Is the issue consistent enough and is reproducible in the lower environment as well?
