You are not currently listed as a read/write contact on a project. ONly named contacts with r/w permissions can open cases with support. Do you know your project number and the primary contact person?

Primary contact person is Scott Shepard. I don't know project number, this is for ventech solutions(CMS client).
I have started a separate email thread and cc'ed you requesting approval for access to manage cases. Once we hear back, we will provide the necessary permissions.

Hi, I'm in the same boat. How can I get access to raise a case? I've been on the voice support but it went to voicemail after 10 minutes. Thanks for your help.

You will be able to open a case with support only if you are a valid project contact. Please let me know your respective project numbers and we can have your Primary contact add you accordingly.
