Power Exchange : CDC Source DB movement to Another Data Center

      Hi Team,

We are planning for Data Center Migration. we have 2 data centers.

we are using 10.1 PWX Express Oracle CDC and 10.1.1 PowerCenter.

Currently Source Database is Dc1 (EBS Oracle)  and Informatica PC is running in one of the servers in Dc1.

Listener is running in EBS DB Server in DC1.

Logger is running in PC Server1 in DC1.

We are planning to move EBS DB to DC2 and Power Center also to DC2 (Informatica is already running in DC2 under same domain).

      Plan is:

      Pre-Requisites:

      1. will Copy whole PWX Folder (Including PWX Registrations and all) from DC1 EBS DB Server to DC2 EBS DB Server (New Server).

      2. Keep all config Files ready (Pointing to New PC Server)

      On DB Movement day:

      1. EBS Application will go down.

      2. DB at DC1 will be up and read all Condense Files.

      3. Stop DB at DC1.

      4. Oracle DBA will restore whole DB at DC2 EBS Server.

      5. Infa Admin - will copy all CND Files and Other Files from DC1 PowerCenter Server to DC2 PowerCenter Server NFS.

      6. Oracle DBA will bring DB up but not EBS Application.

      6. Start Listener at DC2 EBS DB Server.

      7. Cold Start Logger at DC2 PowerCenter Server.

      8. Oracle DBA will start Application.

Please review this plan and let me know our approach is fine.
